Capsular contracture is a tissue reaction that forms the capsule around the implant. This capsule can become thicker, more challenging, and tighter, leading to capsular contracture. This scar tissue reduces the movement of the implant, gives the breast an unnatural appearance, and causes discomfort. 4. Upward position Implant<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0The prior breast implant is too high when compared with the nipple. The patient needs to move the implant downward to balance the chest. The revision for the upward breast implant is provided by cutting( Capsulotomy) or removing( Capsulectomy) the capsule implant and creating a new pocket lower than the prior positioning, which concerns the nipple center insert the new implant, then adjusting to balance for the nipple center.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

5. Lateral displacement of the implant.<\/span><\/p>

7. Rippling<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0Rippling will occur in particularly thin individuals; ripples from a breast implant can be visible on the skin surface. One option to treat ripples is fat grafting to increase soft tissue volume underneath the skin. Another option is to use the AcellularDermal Matrix ( ADM ) to lay the soft tissue. Both techniques can increase the capacity to camouflage the ripples.<\/p>
